Peter is the President and founder of PCe Solutions. Peter became interested in computer science and entrepreneurship at an early age, and always dreamt of building a company in an industry about which he was truly passionate. Peter has been involved in the information technology industry since 2004 and has held Support, Network Engineering, and Managerial positions.
He acquired various IT certifications and graduated from the Network Engineering program at SAIT Polytechnic during this time. In 2010, Peter decided to leave his position with a multi-national IT company to pursue his childhood dream of building his own company full-time. Since 2010, Peter has grown PCe from a single person consultancy to a team of dedicated professionals, primarily through word of mouth referrals and very little advertising. Peter now focuses the majority of his time on the development, strategy, and leadership side of the business, while providing direction and mentoring for the PCe team.
Service & Security Manager
As one of the early members of the PCe team, Dave Parks is battle-hardened, incredibly talented IT Professional with the ability to learn and adapt very quickly, while having a remarkable work ethic and dedication. David has a natural ability to “think outside of the box” to solve complex technical problems, and is laser-focused on following best-practices and procedures while always maintaining the “big picture” in mind.
David’s love for technology and efficiency is evident in everything he does, and as a result, he quickly established himself as the ideal role-model for the rest of our team. Aside from being our resident Cyber Security expert, Dave Parks is now the Service Manager of our Technical Team and provides leadership and guidance whenever technical challenges arise. Dave Parks has his BA from the University of Calgary, and holds multiple IT certifications.
With more than 20 years of technical experience in various roles such as IT Consultant, Server Administrator, Support Manager, and Deployment Specialist, David Irons is a veteran IT Professional with advanced technical knowledge and skills.
Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, he is also gifted with excellent consultative and communications skills, which makes him a key-asset for technical consultations and Project Planning, as he can accurately explain complex technologies and solutions to our clients in easy-to-understand language.
David also holds multiple IT certifications and constantly stays up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments, which allows our clients and our team to stay one step ahead of the curve. David now primarily focuses on Project Management and the Planning and Engineering of Advanced technical solutions for some of our most complex projects.
After more than 17 years of experience in the Energy sector as a Business Systems Analyst, and holding multiple administrative and managerial roles, Maggie obtained her certification with honors in Network Systems Management, which helped her easily transition from the energy sector to technology.
Along with her strong administrative and analytical skills, her technical fluency and professional candor allow her to perform her day-to-day management duties exceptionally well while adding a touch of customer service that is rare to find today.
As our Office Manager, we consider Maggie the “quarter-back” of our company. She oversees all our day-to-day administrative and internal operations, while assisting our clients with any direction or assistance required from an administrative perspective.
